All orders for the Bwake ring are processed within 2-3 business days. Since the Bwake ring is currently available for pre-order, there is no specific delivery date at this time. We are committed to providing regular updates on the progress of production and estimated shipping dates.

 

2. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all pre-order purchases of the Bwake ring.

 

3. Domestic and International Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping. All orders will be shipped via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL once the product is ready for dispatch. Delivery times will be communicated once the shipping process begins.

 

4. Delivery Estimates and Times

Since the Bwake ring is currently in the pre-order phase, exact delivery times are not available. We will provide estimated delivery times as soon as production is complete and shipping commences. Customers will receive regular updates regarding the progress of their orders.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain shipping restrictions may apply based on destination country regulations.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately at contact@bwake.net. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or process a replacement. Claims for missing packages must be filed within 30 days from the date of shipment notification.
