Welcome to Bwake. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the services we offer. You may view and/or print pages from http://www.bwake.net for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to our services if you violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation. You can request to cancel your account at any time. For subscriptions, services will be discontinued only after the end of the respective paid period.

 

4. Products and Services

The Bwake ring is designed to be worn on your pointing finger because you will be pressing it with your thumb. Ensure you measure this finger correctly using our size guide on the order page to select the appropriate size. Our product comes in 8 sizes, from size 7 to 14.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

The fee for the Bwake ring and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service will be charged on a one-time basis to your payment method at the time of order.

 

6. Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund based on your original payment method. Note: Products can only be returned in the country they were purchased, and specific items may not be eligible for return (e.g., used items).

 

7. Delivery and Shipping

Currently, we do not have an exact delivery date as the Bwake ring is still in the development process. We are committed to delivering the product to all pre-order customers as soon as it is ready. We will provide regular updates on the progress and expected timelines.

 

8. Warranties and Liability

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the return of the product. We will cover shipment costs for repaired or replaced products; customers are responsible for the return shipment costs.
